The Principal Asset Management office at TRX 106 establishes a strong corporate presence within the Tun Razak Exchange district. The design supports both client-facing functions and internal investment operations across a multi-zone layout.
Delivered under a single contract, the project included full interior fit-out, M&E services, AV integration and furniture coordination — providing the client with one accountable partner from design through handover.
